• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate, business, finance or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail are required.
• Experience in commercial real estate, lending, or banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the transaction process from deal handoff through closing and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintains transaction workflows, checklists and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborates with originations, underwriting, legal, lenders, title, and clients to facilitate closings and resolve items.
