Qualifications

• Degree preferred in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Experience in CRE transactions or banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transaction process from handoff to closing.
• Maintain workflows, checklists, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate closings.
• Serve as primary client contact during execution.
• Track due diligence and closing conditions.
• Coordinate handoff of documents to servicing teams.
• Prepare and organize lender packages and client deliverables.
• Maintain transaction records and reporting.
• Identify process gaps and improve workflows.
• Respond to inquiries promptly.
