Job summary

Healthpeak Properties is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal or contracting professional to support contracting and asset management across its Outpatient Medical and Lab portfolios.

This role provides dedicated, high-touch support to a small group of real estate attorneys (typically 1–2), drafting and managing operational documentation, coordinating legal workflows, and supporting asset-level activity across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate legal support or asset/property management support.
• Strong drafting skills and understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, asset operations, and transaction workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; notary commission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to assigned attorneys (1–2) for asset-level legal matters.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of property-level contracts, NDAs and ancillary agreements (hold harmless, licenses, access agreements, vendor/service documentation).
• Review master service contracts and related vendor/service agreements, coordinating execution and tracking key terms.
• Assist with notices, lease administration items, and other asset-driven legal requests.
• Track and manage documentation tied to property-level operations.
