Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred.
• 1+ year in commercial real estate, banking, loan servicing, or related industry is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily lending or servicing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through closeout.
• Review consent requests for completeness and identify missing documents.
• Coordinate documentation with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform preliminary analysis of supporting documentation.
• Prepare consent packages for Asset Manager and investor review.
• Maintain transaction checklists, electronic files, and internal tracking systems.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and internal team members.
• Coordinate third-party vendors such as appraisers and engineers.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate records in line with policies and investor requirements.
