The Analyst manages a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through consent closeout by coordinating documentation, reviewing borrower submissions, supporting Asset Managers, and ensuring compliance with loan documents, investor requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
