Job summary

Addison Group in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Manager to support the commercial real estate team from contract execution through closing. You will coordinate with brokers, clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to keep deals on track and ensure timely closings.

The role requires 2+ years in CRE or closing operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction coordination, title, escrow, or closing operations.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate contracts and closing procedures.
• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing workflows.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple entity involvement and multi-lender coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the transaction process.
• Track deadlines, due diligence items, and closing requirements to ensure timely, successful closings.
• Review and organize transaction documents, title and escrow information, and closing packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare transaction updates, notices, amendments, and other required documentation.
• Help resolve issues that arise during the closing process and proactively communicate status updates.
• Maintain organized transaction files, checklists, and reports while supporting brokers with administrative and operational needs.
