Job summary

Northmarq in Houston, TX seeks a Commercial Investment Sales Transaction Manager to guide transactions from listing to closing, coordinating with senior team members and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in CRE, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. This in-office role requires a real estate license or willingness to obtain one. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate and transaction coordination.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, closings, due diligence, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and/or project management tools are a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-transaction handling.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills; negotiation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transactions from listing through closing, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Proactively support brokers and clients with timely updates and clear communication.
• Create, maintain, and monitor deals in Salesforce; improve functionality where possible.
• Organize due diligence materials including environmental reports, appraisals, title documents, leases, and related correspondence.
• Manage buyer and offer process, including required documentation and negotiations.
• Coordinate closing activities including escrow, title, and communications with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate site visits, tours, inspections, and other transaction-related activities with external partners.
• Conduct research and assist with maintaining proprietary contact and transaction databases.
