Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a CRE Closing Administrator II to ensure commercial real estate loans close accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will partner with lending teams and external partners to fund loans while protecting loan portfolio integrity.

The role requires CRE closing experience, organizational excellence, and strong collaboration across internal and external teams. Travel is minimal at about 2%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years closing or funding CRE loans is required.
• Understanding of CRE loan closing processes and documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for CRE transactions.
• Support CRE business lines through closing and administration of construction and permanent loans.
• Review appraisals and pre-construction evaluations and validate prepaid costs prior to closing.
• Gather invoices, fees, and escrow data to prepare funding statements and disburse loan funds.
• Collaborate with title companies, escrow officers, and insurers to review policies.
• Oversee loan files to ensure complete documentation and reporting.
• Assist in lien perfection, extensions, and modifications; mentor newer staff.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and government regulations.
