Banner Bank, a long-standing community bank in the Northwest, is seeking a CRE Closing Administrator II in Portland, OR. You will ensure accurate, compliant closing of commercial real estate construction and permanent loans, partnering with lenders and external partners to fund loans efficiently.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of CRE loan closing experience. You’ll manage documentation, liaise with title and escrow, and mentor newer team members while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience closing or funding CRE loans.
• Knowledge of CRE loan closing processes and documentation is required.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for CRE transactions, including reviewing collateral and security agreements.
• Support CRE business lines through closing and administration of construction and permanent loans.
• Review appraisals and pre-construction evaluations for new loans and validate prepaid costs prior to closing.
• Gather invoices, fees, and escrow information to prepare funding statements and disbursements.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, and insurers to review policies and balance statements.
• Oversee loan files to ensure complete documentation and reporting.
• Assist in lien perfection and in loan extensions/modifications while meeting production goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to newer team members, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
