Banner Bank is seeking a CRE Closing Administrator II in Seattle, WA to ensure accurate, compliant closing of commercial real estate construction and permanent loans. You will partner with lending teams and external partners to fund loans while preserving loan quality and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of CRE closing experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience closing or funding commercial real estate secured loans is required.
• Knowledge of CRE loan closing processes and documentation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for CRE secured transactions.
• Support CRE loan closings across construction and permanent loan products.
• Review appraisals and pre-construction evaluations and validate costs prior to closing.
• Gather invoices, fees, and escrow information to prepare funding statements.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrows, and insurance to verify coverages.
• Maintain complete loan files and accurate documentation.
