Job summary

Blayze Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple properties. You will process invoices, vendor payments, tenant billing and receipts, and support month-end close.

This role requires accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a small team that collaborates with ownership and property management.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping in commercial real estate or property management.
• Retail property experience and familiarity with tenant billing and CAM reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to work independently.
• Timberline/Sage 300 experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple properties and entities.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, tenant billing and receipts.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations, tenant recoveries and outstanding balances.
• Work closely with ownership and property management to resolve accounting queries.
