Job summary

Delta Dallas is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join a commercial real estate/property management team in Downtown Dallas. This onsite role offers a collaborative culture and opportunities for growth and work-life balance.

You will manage full-cycle accounting for properties, including CAM reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and budgeting support, with GAAP knowledge required; a CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial real estate accounting, preferably retail.
• Full-cycle accounting, preparing CAM recs (required), processing monthly financial statements, and assisting with annual budgets and forecasts.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and solid GAAP knowledge are required.
• A CPA is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must have solid experience with Yardi
• OneSight experience is a plus!
