Job summary

SRS Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas to support budgeting, financial reporting, and business metrics for board reporting. The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, detail orientation, and process improvement.

You will work with the Financial Manager, Reporting and Analysis, prepare monthly statements, revenue forecasts, and ensure compliance while developing financial models to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, Power Query and VBA is a plus; financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
• Proactive self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reports with key metrics, results, and variance analysis for executives.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows).
• Revenue forecast analysis and reporting; manage state and local filings to stay in good standing.
• Coordinate with external tax preparers for annual returns and ensure compliance.
• Identify reporting improvements and automation; develop financial models for decision making.
• Support ad hoc projects for executive management.
