Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills: percentages, discounts, markups.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of an experienced sales professional in training capacity.
• Represent company and properties at events.
• Monitor progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Assist sales professionals in identifying potential clients; represent company and properties at events.
• Research connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for opportunities.
• Draft correspondence and distribute marketing materials.
• Retrieve materials for transactions (listing, commission, leases, sales).
• Review tenant information, market availability, and leases for accuracy.
• Compile property data for clients (surveys, reports, maps, status updates, presentations).
• Provide clients with materials for transactions (listing, commissions, leases, sales).
• Gather and analyze data to solve problems and propose new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest process improvements.
