Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Loan Asset Management in commercial real estate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or real estate is required.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks under strict deadlines with quality output.
• Understanding of CRE, CRE finance, and real estate markets.
• Experience in CMBS loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for servicing and credit administration of an assigned CRE loan portfolio.
• Independently manage borrower communication, client meetings, and industry events to support relationship management.
• Perform financial analysis and credit risk assessments including cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, and covenants.
• Identify emerging credit issues and provide clear analysis and recommendations to management.
• Prepare loan approval recommendations for borrower requests in accordance with loan documents.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and specialists as needed.
• Analyze property operating performance through financial statements, rent rolls, and budgets.
• Prepare debt service coverage ratio and debt yield calculations.
• Conduct market research to support asset management decisions.
