• Must work effectively with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex debt structures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Asset Management team in managing commercial real estate debt investments.
• Provide ongoing loan surveillance and evaluate key debt metrics.
• Compile quarterly asset reviews and assist in drafting memorandums.
