Job summary

Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading US private real estate lender to hire an Asset Management Associate in Miami. The role focuses on managing existing portfolio investments, working with borrowers, consultants, legal counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk and maximize property values.

You will monitor covenants, coordinate with servicing teams, review legal documents, and analyze property performance while supporting site inspections and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of asset management in real estate (equity or debt).
• Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor borrower business plans, financial and technical covenants
• Act as a key contact for borrowers and vendors
• Review legal documentation and draft legal notices
• Analyse property financials and construction progress
• Coordinate with servicing teams to ensure timely payments
• Work with external counsel on loan documents and covenant enforcement
• Prepare reports and analysis on existing investments
• Work with consultants and participate in asset/site inspections
