Job summary

Lima One Capital, LLC is seeking a Jr. Asset Management Analyst to assist Special Servicing Asset Managers in monitoring a portfolio of business purpose real estate loans.

The role supports financial and property analysis, construction draw administration, reporting, and asset resolution activities, working closely with Asset Managers to identify risks and aid timely servicing of loans. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business administration, construction management, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Real estate market research skills using online resources (CoStar, Zillow, Rents.com, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support management and oversight of performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze property performance, market conditions, borrower financials, and project status.
• Review loan documents, borrower reporting, financial statements, and budgets.
• Assist in contacting defaulted borrowers to determine causes and plan resolutions.
• Present workouts with borrowers under guidance from Asset Manager.
