Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an entry‑level Loan Asset Management Analyst to help structure and analyze commercial real estate loan terms using our proprietary technology platform. You will assist in organizing financing information and transforming details into structured data, working closely with experienced advisors from day one.

You'll learn to model straightforward loans, support client deliverables, and grow into an Associate role through hands-on training and exposure to sophisticated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial real estate loan agreements and other financing documents to identify key loan terms and obligations.
• Build and maintain loan models within Chatham's proprietary technology platform.
• Monitor portfolio activity, including loan draws, repayments, refinancings, amendments, and covenant updates.
• Assist in preparing client reports, dashboards, and portfolio analytics that highlight key financing metrics and upcoming events.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure loan information remains accurate and complete.
• Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members while developing your understanding of client objectives.
• Collaborate with teammates across advisory, valuation, and technology to continually improve client solutions and internal processes.
