EagleBank is seeking a CRE Analyst to perform guarantor analyses, annual loan reviews, and assist in managing a portfolio of CRE loans. You will work directly with Portfolio Managers and the Senior Underwriter to prepare concise loan analyses and conduct market research.

The role involves reviewing financial statements, clearing loan exceptions, and coordinating with managers to address past dues, loan advances, and borrower credit evaluations in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business, real estate, economics or related field.
• Good comminications skills.
• General credit/underwriting knowledge.
• Intermediate skill level MS Office products.

Responsabilités

• Prepare short-form Loan Analysis Memorandums and conduct market research.
• Review financial statements and clear financial loan exceptions.
• Work with Portfolio Managers to clear past dues, review loan advances, and analyze properties.
