Job summary

The Office of Mental Health within the South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is seeking a Program Coordinator II to lead the OMH Pathways CRCF program in Hopkins, SC. This role focuses on developing and supervising residential care facilities, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards while coordinating a 24/7 on-site staff team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences and 4 years' rehabilitative services experience (at least 6 months in a CRCF).
• Active Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCFA) license from SC Board of Long-Term Health Care.
• Current/valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise the OMH CRCF to meet OMH/DHEC/CMS/DHHS standards.
• Delegate workloads, schedule staff, train, and recruit new staff.
• Ensure staff meetings, provide feedback per CMS standards.
• Prepare progress reports on residents and review staff reports.
• Perform supervisory on-call duties as assigned.
