Zusammenfassung

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) seeks a Resource Nurse to develop and deliver educational programs for staff at Crafts-Farrow State Hospital in Columbia, SC. You will lead orientation, ongoing education, and competency evaluations while ensuring regulatory standards are met.

You will train staff on the inpatient EHR system, revise nursing curricula, and assess program effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to teach orientation, continuing education and staff development.

• Plan, provide and evaluate educational programs for staff.
• Teach and conduct training on the EHR used in inpatient services.
• Design and revise course content for new employee orientation and ongoing education.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and follow up with staff.
