Job summary

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities' Office of Mental Health in Hopkins, SC is seeking a Program Coordinator II to lead and supervise the OMH CRCF Pathways, ensuring compliance with OMH, CMS and DHHS standards while supporting residents' wellbeing and recovery.

You will recruit and supervise 24/7 on-site staff, develop schedules, complete progress reports, and coordinate licensing requirements, with a focus on cost-effective operations and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences and four years of experience in rehabilitative services.
• Active Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (CRCFA) license from SC LLR, Board of Long-Term Health Care.
• Current/valid driver's license.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate and supervise the OMH CRCF. Ensure program adheres to OMH, DHEC, CMS and DHHS standards. Serve as licensed CRCF Administrator.
• Delegate workload assignments. Develop staff schedule. Train staff and recruit new staff.
• Ensure staff participation in meetings to review progress. Provide feedback on productivity and quality of client services per standards.
• Complete various reports relevant to residents' progress and ensure timely submission.
• Perform duties relevant to supervisory on-call assignments.
