Iterative Health seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure compliance with protocols and patient safety guidelines.

This role interfaces with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to achieve high-quality trial execution and enrollment success, while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• Experience with CTMS and EDC systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts and ensure adherence to study timelines.
• Perform protocol-required visits and assessments in line with GCP and site SOPs.
• Maintain study documentation, data entry, and regulatory readiness for monitoring visits.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior staff as needed.
