Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor II to grow and deepen treasury management relationships across clients in our network. The role emphasizes sales, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable TM opportunities.

The candidate will manage relationships with bankers and partners, develop relationship plans, and monitor pipelines. Strong communication and three or more years in treasury management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience focusing on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years in banking/treasury management in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable treasury management relationships and retain existing ones.
• Prospect and present treasury management solutions to clients.
• Price products, prepare customer proposals, and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
• Cross-sell bank products and monitor competitor offerings for improvements.
• Maintain weekly/monthly sales results and ensure accurate data entry.
• Mentor Treasury Management colleagues and support change initiatives.

Summary:

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales
• Prospecting
• Product pricing and structuring
• Customer proposals
• Proactively builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities
• Cross sells other bank products, and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
• Proactive management of Banker relationship, including routine 1:1’s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling
• Responsible for maintaining and managing to weekly and monthly sales results and ensure the timely entering of weekly data and monitor for accuracy
• Assists in outbound calling initiatives offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer’s primary banking relationship
• May mentor other Treasury Management colleagues
• Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Three or more years of Treasury Management Experience
• CTP or other professional designation
