Job summary

Clean Air LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a skilled Crawlspace Encapsulation and Mold Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role improves home health by installing encapsulation systems and performing mold remediation.

You’ll work on-site, handle moisture control, operate remediation equipment, and communicate progress with homeowners and team leads, while following all safety protocols and maintaining equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in crawlspace encapsulation or mold remediation preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous labor.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Install crawlspace encapsulation systems including vapor barriers, drainage matting, and moisture control solutions.
• Perform mold inspection, remediation, and treatment in crawlspaces, basements, and other affected areas.
• Assess and document moisture levels, mold growth, and structural concerns in crawlspace environments.
• Operate dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate findings and project progress clearly with homeowners and team leads.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and containment procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, working condition.
