Lee Company is seeking a hardworking Crawlspace Encapsulation Helper to support lead technicians in installing crawlspace encapsulation systems, including vapor barriers, insulation, and sealing materials. This hands-on role requires physical labor and strict adherence to Lee Company standards.

You will assist in installing and setting up moisture controls, crawlspace sealing, and related tasks across residential projects, contributing to improved air quality and moisture management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related field experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
