The role requires adherence to safety protocols and performing tasks at residential or small commercial sites.

You will operate cleaning equipment, assist in placing air movers and dehumidifiers, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining job-site cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
• Professional manner and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear respirator when required.
• Work in crawlspaces and attic environments.
• Load/unload supplies and equipment.
• Drive company van to job sites.
• Place air movers and dehumidifiers to remove moisture.
• Perform basic demolition tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
• Use PPE correctly and maintain a clean workspace.
• Keep vehicle and equipment organized.
