Job summary

MasterTech Environmental in Charlotte, NC is recruiting for mold remediation roles serving homes and local businesses around Charlotte and Lake Norman. Entry-level applicants are welcome and we provide training to help you grow. Positions are offered as full-time or part-time with standard hours in a clean, safety-focused environment.

We offer weekly pay, paid sick leave, and paid time off. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no required on-call shifts or mandatory overtime

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid NC driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in challenging spaces and temperatures.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English.
• Construction, restoration, water mitigation, or mold remediation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and remove mold in basements, attics, crawlspaces, homes, and businesses.
• Use basic tools and work in full protective equipment.

• $18–$23/hour, based on experience
