Job summary

John Deere is seeking an Engineer, Crawler Sheetmetal for the Dubuque, IA area. You will develop and evaluate design solutions for new Product Development Programs, collaborating across functions to meet performance, life, cost, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of engineering experience in product design, analysis, or testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate design solutions for new Product Development Programs that meet performance, life, cost, and schedule goals.
Collaborate with supply management, manufacturing, marketing, product support, verification & validation, and quality teams.
Support builds, PV&V activities, and production launches by diagnosing issues and implementing design updates.
Support ISDP projects aligned to future Crawler portfolio needs.
Contribute to product design guidelines and engineering procedures.
