Job Description

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Crater in Louisville,KY. The Crater should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Build the skids on which machines are shipped, working with various hand tools and power tools (including pneumatic impact and nail gun)
• Prepare, package, and secure standard equipment and spare parts for shipment
• Move parts and skids to designated locations using Forklift.
• Load machines into trucks for shipment.
• Check for visible damages on machine
• Communicate with other areas to determine needs and necessary corrections
• Prepare paperwork for machines (i.e., manuals)
• Physical conditions for this role include walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Crater Requirements

• Forklift experience preferred
• Prior warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
