h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Safety Performance Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite) to lead safety development for vehicle programs and ensure achievement of safety functional objectives. The role includes supporting crash regulatory ratings and driving vehicle program test plans.

You will coordinate with CAE teams, own safety performance during integration and validation, and travel to Chelsea Proving Grounds as needed to support testing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety development for vehicle programs.
• Ability to set safety targets and execute vehicle test plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety development for assigned vehicle programs to meet safety objectives.
• Support crash regulatory and third-party ratings processes.
• Own safety performance for vehicle integration and validation; lead attribute teams.
• Develop impact scripts and identify design enablers for safety features.
• Coordinate testing from concept through launch with CAE teams.
• Travel to Chelsea Proving Grounds as needed.
• Investigate issues, determine root cause, and document resolutions across disciplines.
