Job summary
TALENT Software Services is seeking a Safety Performance Engineer to lead safety development activities for its vehicle programs, ensuring safety functional objectives are met and supporting impact script development.
You will own vehicle level test plans, oversee cross-functional safety teams, and contribute to crash regulatory targets and third-party ratings. Some travel to Chelsea Proving Grounds will be required.
Qualifications
- Strong technical acumen in vehicle safety development and testing.
- Experience leading cross-functional safety teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety development activities and set safety targets.
- Execute vehicle and component test plans for crash safety.
- Coordinate with CAE teams for virtual validation assessments.
- Identify root causes and document issue resolutions across disciplines.
- Travel to Chelsea Proving Grounds as needed.
