Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) portfolio in the Champaign, IL area. The role focuses on promoting CMF products to surgeons and healthcare teams, supporting clinical cases, and growing the assigned territory through consultative selling.

You will evaluate products in OR/clinical settings, demonstrate value to customers, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing/high-performance environment and interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales/territory-based selling with proven goals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and customer accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating room, clinical, and office-based environments.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations, evaluations, and in-service training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and account opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide product education and technical support to customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including after-hours coverage as per territory.
