1 Resource Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic crane systems, with focus on All-Terrain, Rough-Terrain, Mobile Construction and Crawler Cranes. You will perform commissioning, setup, operator training, and customer-focused service at job and customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with heavy equipment.
• Expert knowledge of crane systems: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 100% of the time; valid driver license; willing to work overtime/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, adjust, and repair crane systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Test equipment after repairs or modifications to ensure proper performance per manufacturer specifications.
• Dismantle, reassemble, and inspect heavy machinery using hoists, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct crane commissioning, setup, testing, and quality inspections to verify readiness and accuracy.
• Provide operator orientation, training, and demonstrations on crane use, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
• Assist customers in understanding crane configurations and operational requirements.
