Job summary

MGX Shop Crane Technicians in Bloomington, MN is seeking a qualified Crane Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile and lattice cranes. This full-time role reports to the Service Manager. A $4,500 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days of continuous service, plus a Tool Reimbursement Program up to $1,500 per calendar year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years crane experience preferred.
• Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and manuals.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cranes to diagnose defects and perform repairs.
• Read, understand, and interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings.
• Repair hydraulic and electrical components and test after work.
• Complete reports, hours, time sheets, and expense docs.
• Provide excellent customer service on site.
