Job summary

Wells is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to safely and efficiently operate the crane, follow rigging procedures, and perform daily inspections. The role requires attention to maintenance and adherence to the operator's manual, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork on the jobsite.

The ideal candidate will have NCCCO certification, OSHA 10, and experience with load charts, ensuring high reliability in demanding industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• NCCCO certification is required.
• OSHA 10 training preferred.
• 2+ years of rigging experience preferred.
• Must understand crane load charts and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crane with skill, control and precision.
• Conduct daily visual inspections to ensure proper working condition.
• Understand rigging procedures and equipment capacities.
• Climb up and down from the crane and surfaces.
• Perform maintenance to keep the machine in good working order and follow operator manuals.
