Job summary

Radius Recycling seeks a Crane Operator to operate hydraulic or cable cranes, lifting and moving materials while following Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across yard operations.

You will inspect equipment, verify load weights, coordinate with crew via signals, and assist with basic crane maintenance and safety checks.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; occasional weekend work during peak periods may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Related training or experience operating cranes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move levers, pedals, and dials to operate cranes or equipment for lifting and placing loads.
• Inspect crane mechanisms and report deficiencies or malfunctions.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and maintain safety around hazards.
• Perform basic maintenance and prepare material for processing.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at all times.
