Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years crane operating experience on heavy civil projects.
• Current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic, friction, or crawler cranes safely according to manufacturer load charts.
• Perform daily pre/post shift safety inspections and document per policy.
• Rig loads within equipment load limits and ensure proper rigging.
• Assist crew with non-operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on site.
