Job summary

Marco Crane & Rigging in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a full-time Crane Operator to safely transport, assemble, operate, and disassemble hydraulic telescopic and lattice boom cranes. You will ensure site readiness and follow load charts for safe lifts.

Requirements include a High School diploma, a valid Class A CDL, a valid DOT medical card, NCCCO certification, OSHA knowledge, and a strong safety mindset. Teamwork, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) required.
• Valid NCCCO certification or equivalent for operating a crane.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of hand signals.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Willingness to take a drug and alcohol test and background check.
• Forklift certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain the crane.
• Inspect work site conditions before crane setup.
• Perform lifts safely based on weather and crane capacity.
• Perform Daily DOT inspections as required.
• Inspect crane daily for defects or malfunctions.
• Ensure all permits and certifications are current.
• Use standard hand signals for crane operations.
• Maintain and service crane components and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
