Job summary

Marquee Asset Management, LLC currently seeks an experienced Crane Operator to load, move, and position heavy materials at multiple work sites around Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of verified crane operation and the ability to read load charts and prepare lift plans while maintaining strict safety standards.

Certification requirements include NCCCO/NCCER Telescopic Boom Cranes—Swing Cab (TLL) and Tower Crane Certificate (TWC), with OSHA 10-Hour Construction preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verified crane operator experience.
• Experience operating Grove or Tadano RT mobile cranes with minimum capacity 70-tons.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification or ability to obtain.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes at various boom lengths, angles and positions.
• Inspect work site conditions before crane setup.
• Follow safe lifting practices and communicate with team to manage loads.
• Maintain crane equipment and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete crane inspections and ensure permits/certifications are current.
• Perform daily maintenance per operator manual and keep tools on hand.
• Assist with telehandler for concrete and steel erection as needed.
