The crane operator is required to safely operate cranes efficiently and maintain a standard of accuracy that aligns with the company procedures and customer requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience working with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes Successfully pass post offer drug and physical screens and have a background that meets company requirements Dependable and reliable with flexibility to work overtime, when necessary Maintain a current NCCCO Crane Operators License for qualified equipment Ability to read and understand technical drawings, materials or instructions Good verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions, applicable safety regulations, and to maintain records Must have strong ability work well within a team environment.
Strong depth perception and quick reaction time Must be able to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. regularly Visual capabilities to follow hand signals, maintain all logs and operate machinery Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to work in a variety of weather including extreme heat and cold
