Responsibilities

• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio equipment.
• Safely maneuver loads into place using proper rigging techniques.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities and fill out inspection reports.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
