Garney Construction is hiring a **Crane Operator** in Surprise, AZ. NCCCO certification is required; the operator may also perform laborer functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic or crawler cranes and crane/boom signals with blocks, tackle, wire rope, synthetic rope, and slings.
• Understand safe working loads, proper rigging procedures, and safe working signals.
• Maintain equipment and monitor mechanical integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• NCCCO crane operator certification.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Openness to travel and/or relocate.
