Job summary

Trillium Construction in Stafford, VA is seeking a Crane Operator to support precast concrete and/or structural steel erection on a data center project. You will operate a Link-Belt LS-278 crawler crane with about 180 feet of boom and perform precise lifts under the supervision of the erection crew.

Required NCCCO certification and OSHA 30, with lattice-boom crawler crane experience preferred. Daily inspections are expected; orientation and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete onsite orientation prior to beginning work.
• Pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Job description

Trillium Construction is seeking Crane Operators near Stafford, VA.Primary work will involve supporting precast concrete and/or structural steel erection.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Link-Belt LS-278 lattice-boom crawler crane with approximately 180’ of boom on a data center construction project.
• Operator will perform controlled and precise picks, coordinate with riggers and signal personnel, and safely place materials as directed by the erection crew.
• Maximum expected pick weight is approximately 52,000 lbs.
• Operator is responsible for daily equipment inspections. No regular assembly/disassembly, mechanical maintenance, or rigging responsibilities are expected beyond normal operator duties.

Pay: $45
Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 50h+ / week
- 5 10h shifts and 2 8h shifts.

Qualifications

• Current NCCCO certification required
• Lattice-boom crawler crane experience strongly preferred
• Precast or structural steel erection experience preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Must complete onsite orientation prior to beginning work
• Pre-employment screenings
