Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years crane or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and heavy industrial equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete documentation.
• Perform housekeeping, stocking, ingot identification, and maintain cleanliness of pits and furnaces.
• Load/unload annealing furnace and hot boxes as required.
• Verify ingot number, size, and customer grade specifications.
• Assist with mold setup for nightly production and related tasks.
• Coordinate ingot annealing cycles to facilitate shipments.
• Assist maintenance during breakdowns and perform other duties as needed.
