• Verifiable references of past work experience.
• Physical ability to perform medium work (lifting 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, at heights, over water, and in confined spaces.
• Use of protective clothing and equipment as required.
