Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. in Phenix City, AL is seeking a certified Hydraulic Crane Operator with CDL for the taxi fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position under IUOE Local 312.

The role requires safe operation of mobile hydraulic cranes, reading lift plans and load charts, and maintaining regulatory safety standards. Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active crane operator certification recognized by OSHA criteria.
• CDL with acceptable driving record is preferred.
• Experience with rigging and crane setup/teardown is advantageous.
• Ability to read lift plans and load charts; operate a PC as needed.
• Demonstrated safety focus and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a mobile hydraulic crane on assigned tasks.
• Read lift plans and load charts; document actions taken.
• Maintain safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare proper records and assist with other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, located in Phenix City, AL is seeking a certified Crane Operator with a CDL for the taxi fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt, Union position. with the IUOE Local 312.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate a Mobile Hydraulic Crane
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certification from anaccredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• A CDL with acceptable driving record is desired
• Experience with rigging is preferred
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
