ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Certified Hydraulic Crane Operator with CDL to join our rental taxi fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days.

Qualified candidates must hold an active crane operator certificate meeting OSHA criteria; CDL is highly desired and crane setup/teardown experience is a plus. Local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active crane operator certificate meeting OSHA criteria.
• CDL highly desired.
• Experience setting up and tearing down cranes is a definite plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh, is seeking certified Crane Operator’s with a CDL for our rental taxi-fleet. Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate to the area. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• A CDL is highly desired
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
