Job summary

Metals USA is seeking a Crane Operator for our Jeffersonville, IN location. Metals USA is a leading metals processor/distributor serving defense, construction, and fabrication industries.

Responsibilities include locating and staging materials, loading trucks, completing paperwork, and performing sheet pulls as needed. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Read and write English proficiently.
• Understand and follow OSHA safety rules.
• Ability to load/unload material with equipment.
• Read measuring tape and caliper.

Responsibilities

• Locate material allocated to the job and move that material to the proper machine.
• Stage material coming off the production equipment on the correct skid type, per the work instruction and staging product for shipment.
• Loading trucks and completing all appropriate paperwork .
• Perform sheet pulls when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

• Ability to read and write English Language
